• Faulty Cable Issue
Disassemble the screen bezel first. Turn on the laptop, and tilt the lid up and down and touch or move the connector cable behind the screen. If the image becomes distorted or fuzzy as you are doing this, your cable potentially has an issue.
• Faulty Circuit Board Issue
Disassemble the screen bezel first. Turn on the laptop and then gently push the circuit board in the bottom of the screen. If you touch or move the circuit board and the display flickers becomes distorted or fuzzy, your laptop panel potentially has an issue.
• The screen turns white
Reinstall the new screen (unplug and plug in the cable securely) and check if the same thing happens.
Ensure the LVDS (data) connector is inserted fully and evenly.
If LVDS connector is not connected correctly, this may be the reason why you can't see anything on the display.
