Dell 15 5000 Series 5547 SERIES parts

Dell has used the Inspiron 5000 name for two quite different generations of consumer laptop: an original notebook from around 1999, and the mid-range 5000 series sold from about 2013 onwards. The newer line is mostly 14-inch and 15.6-inch mainstream machines, with panels offered in both 1366x768 and 1920x1080 and touch versions of some models, so the full model number from the base sticker is worth confirming before a screen is ordered. Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Series 5547 SERIES touch screen

A replacement touch screen compatible with the Dell INSPIRON 15 5000 Series 5547 SERIES, in the 15.6" size class, built with the touch sensor embedded in the LCD cell itself. There is no separate glass digitizer: this panel is the complete touch surface for laptops built with an embedded (in-cell) touch design.
